We strive to display our Shirts, Shorts, and Skirts as accurately as possible in terms of color, fabric, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the exact shade or texture of every item. All measurements provided in product descriptions are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Prices are listed in the currency indicated on the site and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. SiiWeave reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm the purchase at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may require additional verification or information before processing your order. Payment must be received in full before any items are shipped.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. SiiWeave employs secure payment processing, but we are not liable for any errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes indicated on each product page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. While we work diligently to meet estimated delivery dates, SiiWeave is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the delivery date. All tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order, subject to current stock availability.
