How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and the Carrier’s Name. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Check your inbox: Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject line “Your SiiWeave Order Has Shipped.” If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Locate your tracking number: This unique code is usually a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784). Keep it handy.
Visit a tracking portal: Use one of the reliable third-party tracking services listed below to get real-time updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

While you can always track directly on the carrier’s website, we recommend the following universal tracking platforms. They consolidate information from multiple carriers into one clean interface, so you can see all updates in a single view.

How to use: On the homepage, paste your tracking number into the search box, then click the “Track” button. You will immediately see the shipment status, including the last scan location and the expected delivery window. You can also download the 17TRACK mobile app for push notifications.

PackageRadar offers a clean, ad-free experience and is particularly good at detecting the carrier automatically from your tracking number.

What to Do If Your Tracking Information Doesn’t Update

It is normal for tracking statuses to remain unchanged for 24–48 hours, especially during weekends or public holidays. However, if your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please do the following:

Double-check that you entered the tracking number correctly (no spaces or dashes).
Wait one more day, as some carriers update their systems only once every 24 hours.
If the status still shows “Label Created” or “Information Received” after 5 days, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate with the carrier and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. As a general guide:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

These timeframes begin once your order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you place the order. You will always receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
